  Who We Are

Maybe you’ve heard of Event Rental. Perhaps you saw  powder blue trucks with the tilted martini glass logo at venues around the state? That was us.

We did a lot of soul-searching when we decided to leave the Event Rental name behind. It carried a lot of great memories, it was a brand we lived and breathed, and it had recognition that would be a challenge to retain with a new brand. But those two words were becoming popular and causing confusion across our entire market. My team and I spent months debating different names – what they meant to us and what they meant to others. We needed a word, a name, a brand that would be truly ours: ELEMENT.

I chose ELEMENT because it really articulates what we do. No matter what your event needs, or what we have to do to find, buy or make it, we will provide almost every ELEMENT you need for a perfect day. From concept to delivery to setup, our inventory and skilled crews are some of the best in the industry. We are a family-owned and local Louisiana business that compares to the best in the country. What we do

We bring the stuff.

We pull from our massive inventory to design, rent, deliver and setup events. Our team of event specialists, tent installers, designers, carpenters, seamstresses, painters, warehouse staff and delivery crews are all waiting to bring your vision to life. How involved we will be depends on your needs and the scale of your event. From no-frills drop-off delivery, to complete setup with on-site assembly or fabrication of custom elements, we can do it all. And then, when the party is over, our crews will sneak back in to break everything down and take it all away. 


What’s in our Warehouse?



Our tent crews are among the most skilled in the industry. We stock the frame, peak, and structure inventory  that handles many of Louisiana’s signature events.


From wedding standards like Chiavaris and banquet tables to lounge groupings and custom bars, we have a larger selection, in larger quantities than anyone statewide.


Our 20,000 square foot linen room is filled floor to ceiling with every material, color and style you can imagine. We can special order or make just about anything else.


Our catering inventory covers the front and back of the house. Dishes, glasses and flatware for gorgeous place settings, and commercial cooking and prep equipment.

Pipe & Drape

We have drape panels as short as 3′ and as long as 45′, and our rental cost includes setup. From standards like bengaline and spandex to specialty sequins and die-cuts.


Floral bowls and candelabras abound, but votives are just the beginning. We have centerpieces to match any theme, including a range of exclusive custom steel options.

Lighting & Sound

Whether you call it AV, club lighting, or visual effects, this is where we store it. Don’t forget about chandeliers of all shapes, styles and sizes, and even podiums also.

Flooring & Stages

We can add a stage or dance floor to your favorite ballroom, turn a field into a venue with our custom installed hardwood flooring, or even build over your pool for extra event space.

Power & HVAC

Turning bayous into ballrooms sometimes requires a little power, and an AC or two. If there’s a way to drive there, we can get power there.


Need an 8′ tall jester, a 65′ wide hand painted mansion backdrop, a mini mardi gras float, or a barn you can assemble in your ballroom? Find all of the above in our warehouse.

Restroom Trailers

Through our partner Stagecoach, we can deliver clean, comfortable portable restrooms with power, climate control and running water almost anywhere.

Tucked among the rows of shelves in our warehouse, you’ll find our not-so-secret weapon: enthusiastic and talented creative staff equipped with passion for events and the tools of their respective trades


Our seamstresses work magic on all things fabric, from resizing table runners to custom drapery to tent liners and table linens to upholstery.


A full carpentry crew builds and assembles just about anything our clients and staff can dream up. [Most of our bars were in-house builds!]


An aerial sprayer rig in our climate controlled prop production room gives rise to hand painted backdrops, flats, characters and scenery.


Our graphic design studio takes on screenprinting, large format print production and application of vinyl decals and wraps.
